What is the fondest memory from your playing career at DeSales?
Too many to pick one - pick six against New Albany my sophomore year, singing in the end zone after beating Wyoming to go to the State Championship, beating Watterson in the playoff at Coffman and the pregame speech
What made playing for DeSales so special?
The family of the community and the unity on the field with my brothers. To this day I still speak to and see my teammates.
What was your best game?
St. Charles 2009
What was like playing for Coach Wiggins?
I learned a lot football and life from him and all the coaches at that time. They were hard on us because they knew our potential but also brought us together as one unit. Every player on that team was ready to give everything they had for their brother lining up next to them. People need pushed to reach their max effort and “Wiggs” knows how to get that out of anyone.
Do you still follow DeSales, if yes, how closely?
Yes, mostly just football, but I check in every Friday to see who they are playing and then again on Saturday to check the stats.
