One year at Davidson College, then completed my collegiate career playing rugby at Ohio State University

What are you doing now?
In my first year of Neurosurgical residency at Ohio State University

Married?  Children?
Married this past May.

What is the fondest memory from your playing career at DeSales?
Beating Cincinnati Wyoming in the '09 State Semis and celebrating at midfield of Dayton Welcome Stadium, dancing to "Party in the USA" until the stadium lights went off.

What made playing for DeSales so special?
The people. Between the guys in the locker room to playing in front of the entire community at Alumni Stadium, that is what makes it special and is also the thing you miss the most.

What was your best game?
Senior year against Youngstown Mooney, rematch of the prior year's state final, getting to exact some revenge at Alumni Stadium

What was it like playing for Coach Wiggins?
I loved playing under Coach Wiggins. He always brought intensity to practice and pregame speeches, and put our defense/team in a place to compete. He helped to cultivate the discipline, perseverance and work rate that I used to find success in football, rugby and now in my pursuit of neurosurgical training.

Do you still follow DeSales, if yes, how closely?
Yes, mostly when I have family members who are competing on the team. However, I will always follow on social media and particularly during playoffs.
